The movie ‘The Kid’ stars Bruce Willas ( in the movie Russell) as the main character, and in the movie he’s a jerk that works all his life and only thinks about himself. When he finds a young boy ( Spencer Breslin, in the movie Rusty) in his house, and eventually discovers that Rusty is him when he was a young boy. Russel being a image consultent thought that Rusty had come into his life because he needed some help, but in fact it was the other way round, which took Russell a while to figure out, but once he did Rusty started to change Russell’s life, he was thinking about other people not just himself, and he didnt work as much.

its a series of films thats about a town that has lots of problems, and the peoples lifes and everything that happens, some thing that have happened are like fires, people wanting to get revenge, and lots more.
Its about the new technology thats Apple are brining out. They are brining out movies and games and now companies have to try harder with their products because Apple is famous for their Ipods. I think its a great idea because all the other technology they have produced have been great so the games and movies will be to.
I had my state comp last weekend, i didnt get the secend’s and third’s like my friend Adele did, but i got a personal time in my 50 meter freestyle with a time of 32.42, i didnt get any more in my races though when i was doing my warm up Saturday morning, i did a personal best in my 100 free, my pb was 1.11 but i did 1.10, then on sunday at warm up i pb’ed my 100 free again with a time of 1.09. Also on Sunday i had one race 50 Butterfly, i was comming 4th in my heat until the last 10 meters i swallowed water and couldnt breath, so i ended up comming last.
This weekend im going to Perth for a short corse state comp, im doing 50 meter Butterfly, backstroke, and freestyle, my friend Sam is comming along with me to cheer me on, because it dose get a bit boring when your on your own.
Last weekend my friend Adele had the same short coarse comp, but did 100 meters, and 200 meters, and did extemly well coming back with 4 silver medles, 1 bronze medle, and got a forth place.
I’m hoping to continue with the good results this weekend, but i’ll be happy with getting personal best times. (P.B’s)
A group of thirty people in the region had to be picked to make a squad, one of those thirty people was me and my friend Adele. When i found out i was on top of the world, i was sooooo happy i started to cry, now Adele and i will go to the region 1 clinics, comps, and any other things that happens, and will go together to try and get into the country squad, and the state team.
Then come next year we’ll both try out to represent W.A in Hobart, with hopfully a couple of other girls to join us.
I chose to read Back on Track because the fornt cover looked interesting
Its about a girl who wants to live with this guy she met but ends living on the streets with a gang. (i havent finnished reading)
There wasnt really any good bit because its a sad book ( so far)

So far i think the book is really good i get anyone who likes reading to read it
The first thing i notised about the the ad was the bright colours and the camels.
This ad would appeal to men at the age of 30 because there more ready to settle down and have a family, and they want a car to fit everyone in.
The purpose of this ad is to get people to buy a new car.
This ad persuade’s the viewer by showing it’s in the desert, so they mean it’s a tough car.
No it didnt work on me because i dont really like Toyota’s. ( i prefer sport cars)
I viewed a movie called Super Sucker because id never seen it before.
It was about men selling vacume cleaners, and they would have compitions with other vacume sellers and the group who sold the least would have to eat baked beans. Then one group put in a extra free home mackers little helper which the lady’s would sleep with, so they where winning and there where only two more days, but the other group stole their papers and one man ran down the street after them in the nude.
The best bit was when the man ran down the street in the nude because it was really funny.
The worst bit was when they would go and sell vacume cleaners because it was really boring.
I reckon it was funny in some parts but boring in others, id rate it an 5 out of 10
I chose to read a book called ‘The Dark Horse’
I chose to read The Dark Horse because it sounded intresting and very mysterious
The story was about a little girl who was found by a boy and taken back to their village, she grew up with a family in the village and once she grew up her memories came back and put the people of the village in great danger there where lifes lost and people heart broken, she aventually went back to her birth family and the people from the village (the ones that where left) lived till they where old and grey.
The best bit to me was when two people from the village got their necks and stomachs slit because the way they decribed it was very interesting and sad.
the worst bit was when the little girl betrayed the village she had been living with all her life because she destroyed so mant lives.
I really enjoyed the book i would recommend it to anyone that likes mysterious books, out of ten i would give it an eight.
